As Principal of Transform Advisory, Nicole offers broad expertise to each consultation with specialized qualifications refined through private sector roles in real estate investment and development and sophisticated service within the United States Government. She is a dedicated, results-oriented individual driven by intellect, creativity, vision, analytics, thoroughness, and hard-work. With balanced management expertise, Nicole specializes in investment analysis, risk mitigation, negotiations, public/private stakeholder relations, contract review and effective communications, all underpinned by sound judgment and reasoning.

Prior to founding Transform Advisory, Nicole served as Director of Investments at a real estate development, design and management company. She lent critical analytical depth in support of the firm’s portfolio expansion, responsible for assessing, underwriting, negotiating and capitalizing new development and management opportunities throughout the nation. Nicole has also held real estate roles at leading developers in Philadelphia, PA and Washington, DC along with an economic development agency.

Earlier in her career, Nicole served in the Washington, DC Headquarters of a major department of the United States Government. Within its corporate team and consulting division, Nicole managed a multi-billion budget, engaged in all aspects of forecasting and analysis, refined analysis into strategic executive recommendations, briefed leadership teams, helped manage nationwide real estate assets, streamlined processes, and consulted on various priority initiatives.
